Mayser Textile has all production units within its structure. It has the capacity to produce 240,000 Shirts groups per month. 2. Advanced Model Design :
Our strong design team follows fabric and fashion trends and creates models for the upcoming seasons. In addition, special collections are created according to the demands and themes of the customers.

3.Wide Supply Network;
Mayser Textile can support the purchase of fabric from both Turkish and foreign suppliers, if desired, as well as assist in fulfilling the relevant customs procedures. The Authorized Economic Operator Certificate provides speed in customs procedures.

4. Support and Cooperation:
Each season, the latest designs of Turkish fabric manufacturers are used. In the light of preliminary information from customers, a package is created from product samples, and customers can be supported with knowledge.

5.Advanced Mold Creation
Within the scope of the service package we offer to ourcustomers, mold/pattern and model preparation created in computer environment is also included. Our customers can send their digital information to us via e-mail at any time of the day. The system we use can work in harmony with almost every system in the world, and the digital information sent can be made suitable for our system when necessary.

6. Cooperation:
Mayser Textile can work on the molds created by its customers, as well as make new molds on any model or drawing provided by its customers, and can make grading on these molds in accordance with any size. After the molding and laying phase, samples are produced from the fabric selected by the customer. Sample creation and mass roduction are all carried out under one roof.

7.Laboratories:
Within the body of Mayser Textile and in the fabric producing companies with which it cooperates; There are laboratories where washing fastness to fabric, dry rubbing astness, wet rubbing fastness, dimensional stability tests in washing and nickel tests for metal accessories are carried out. Thus, our customers are informed quickly and accurately about fabrics, and potential problems that may arise in fabric production can be avoided quickly.
